Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be provided accept for in circumstances deemed appropriate by management.

You must notify us of any problems within 15 days of receiving goods, and the return must be complete within 30 days for exchange.

At our discretion, we may advise you to: 1. either keep the item, and we will ship you an exchange free of charge, or 2. Ship the item for exchange back to us – you will be responsible for charges associated with shipping item to us. We will not charge you for shipping a replacement to you, but it will be our discretion as to how the replacement item will be shipped.
